How to Join Graham School of Dance
We are delighted to welcome new pupils to Graham School of Dance and Theatre Arts in Bishop's Stortford or at one of our branches in Herts / Essex - we also teach in Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, Saffron Walden, Debden, Church Langley, Stansted, Sawbridgeworth and Takeley (Priors Green) . We will be pleased to answer any questions you may have and advise of the best classes for you/your child, and will be delighted to email you details about possible classes:

- ring us on 01279 654423 - the Office is open during term time, 9.30 - 5.30.
Please provide your telephone number and e mail address, and the age and school year (if appropriate) of your child – we will then email you details of possible classes, costs, Terms & Conditions etc. Please then contact us to confirm which class(es) you would like your child to join, check any queries and if there is space in the class(es), then once you rhave registered, youe are welcome to join us, with your first lesson as a free trial.
In order to start lessons, including trial classes, all pupils do need to have been registered via our online Registration system. Please visit: https://grahamdanceltd.membermeister.com/register and complete the simple online form, as it is vital we have your contact details from the very first lesson.
Paying for lessons:
On receipt of your online Registration details, and you contacting us to confirm which classses are best for your child, we will then add him/her to the registers and you will be sent an invoice by email for the remainder of the current month. Going forward your child will reamin on the registers for each class and you will be invoiced on a monthly basis in advance.
Online banking BACS payments are the preferred method of settlemetn of invoices, and our bank details will be on your invoices. Card payments can also be taken over the phone (01279 654423) or in person at the Office/Shop at The Studios in Bishop's Stortford. Cash payments must ONLY be made to an Administrator at The Studios, and a receipt MUST be obtained.
All fees are payable within 14 days of receipt – late fees will be payable otherwise and accrue if your remittance is not received.
